You are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the dynamic team at UST. In this role, you will not have direct line management responsibilities but will serve as a technical leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead full-stack software development, focusing on front-end technologies like React and JavaScript, and back-end technologies, preferably Node.js. - Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams for smooth project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and system design. - Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Contribute to system architecture and design decisions to drive innovation and technical excellence. - Partner with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and rapid deployments. - Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving sessions. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills:** - 10+ years of professional experience in software development with strong full-stack expertise. - Front-end skills: React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Back-end skills: Node.js (preferred) or equivalent frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python). - Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs or other service architectures. - Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, maintainability, and security. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. - Proven ability to mentor and support team members. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha). - Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
