Specialist- Financial Reporting

As a Specialist Financial Reporting at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance management, and audit support. Your responsibilities will include: - **Audit and Insurance**: - Assist in various audits including statutory, tax, and internal audits. - Prepare audit schedules and collaborate with auditors for timely completion. - Support in the preparation of financial statements under IGAAP and IFRS. - Implement audit observations and recommendations. - **Compliance Management**: - Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax. - Prepare and file GST and TDS returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Support in Income Tax filings, Transfer Pricing documentation, and liaise with consultants. - **Financial Reporting and MIS**: - Prepare and present MIS reports analyzing key variances and trends. - Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis to facilitate decision-making. - Provide insights into financial performance and compliance to senior management. - Assist in preparing board and management-level financial reports. - **Documentation and Record Keeping**: - Maintain proper and secure record-keeping of all financial and statutory documents in physical and digital formats. - **Books Closure**: - Drive monthly and annual book closure processes to ensure timely completion of reconciliations and finalization. **Qualifications**: - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher with strong articleship experience / up to 1 year PQE. - Technical Exposure: Statutory audits, IGAAP, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax. - Tools: Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel; exposure to ERP systems preferred. - Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
