Specialist Engine Assembly

As an Assistant Manager/Dy Manager in the Engine/Machine Shop department within the Production & Logistics division at Pune location, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Manage the start-up quality of engine production and validate and verify the engine assembly process. - Act as an expert in the engine assembly process, identifying and resolving process problems. - Ensure that Engine Assembly Processes adhere to standards and meet process audit requirements. - Evaluate and propose optimization measures to enhance labor requirements, materials, and methods. - Coordinate the implementation of new engine assembly processes PCRN and product changes ENC. - Develop tools and fixtures for engine assembly, ensuring their availability. - Maintain all standard documents for Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO quality audits.
