Specialist Engine Assembly

The Assistant Manager/Dy Manager for the Engine/Machine Shop department in the Production & Logistics division located in Pune will be responsible for managing the start-up quality of engine production. You will be tasked with validating and verifying the engine assembly process, as well as being the expert on engine assembly processes. Your role will involve identifying and resolving process problems, ensuring that the Engine Assembly Process meets standard requirements and process audit needs. In this position, you will evaluate and propose optimization measures to enhance labor efficiency, material usage, and methods. You will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of new engine assembly processes such as PCRN and product changes like ENC. Developing tools and fixtures for engine assembly to ensure availability will be part of your duties, along with maintaining all standard documents for Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO quality audits. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Diploma with 10 years of experience or a BE with 8 years of experience. This position is On Roll employment type.,
