Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Collaborating with legal, finance, and business teams to clarify contract language and terms will be essential. Additionally, you will provide training to new resources, maintain SOPs, and support SOX audit and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. - Identify potential risks, ambiguities, or discrepancies in contract terms and conditions. - Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to clarify contract language and terms. - Maintain accurate records of contract revisions, approvals, and related documentation. - Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. - Provide training to new resources. - Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cheat sheets, and process documentation. - Support the SOX compliance team by providing timely backups and documentation of sample contracts as required. - Ensure audit compliance by maintaining accurate records and controls. - Help in preparing monthly KPI dashboards including the number of contracts audited and monetary observations. - Provide insights on process performance and highlight areas for improvement. - Continuously assess current processes and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. - Master's degree in finance with relevant field of work experience (Preferred). - 4-5 years of experience in Contract audit or billing. - Good knowledge of Journal entries, golden rules of accounting, cash flow statements, Accounting Principles, and concepts. - Ability to apply accounting knowledge to the company's practices. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Treasury process knowledge is an advantage. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Kyriba (preferred).
