Job Summary The Specialist role requires a professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in UiPath development and data modeling. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on automating processes using UiPath and developing efficient data models. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation within the company. Responsibilities Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions. Analyze existing processes and workflows to determine areas for improvement and automation. Create and maintain detailed documentation for all automation projects to ensure clarity and continuity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UiPath applications to ensure smooth operation. Conduct regular testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Optimize data models to enhance data processing and storage efficiency. Work closely with data analysts to understand data requirements and develop models that meet business needs. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all models and automation solutions. Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and data modeling techniques to continuously improve solutions. Train and mentor junior team members on UiPath development and data modeling best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Contribute to the companys innovation goals by developing cutting-edge automation solutions. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in UiPath development and automation techniques. Demonstrate proficiency in creating and optimizing data models for various business applications. Have a solid understanding of data integrity and consistency principles. Show experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Display ability to document processes and solutions clearly and concisely. Have experience in training and mentoring team members on technical skills. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in automation and data modeling. Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field. Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. Be adaptable to work in a hybrid model and manage tasks independently. Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Show ability to work efficiently in a day shift without travel requirements. Certifications Required UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer Data Modeling Certification
