Specialist - Accounts Payable (SEA PAC)

You will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team at adidas, where the aim is to provide globally unified services based on standardized and automated solutions across different functions and markets. Your role will involve driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality services, improving agility, and aiding in decision-making while reducing complexity and workload. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle and post incoming invoices and maintain vendor master data - Receive scan copies of invoices, register in tracker, and validate according to policy - Conduct 3-way (2-way) match for invoices and enter in ERP - Perform double checks on data entry and follow up on assigned cases - Answer basic enquiries through emails and prepare External and Internal Audit requests - Create and analyze various reports, maintain files accurately, and identify improvement opportunities - Assist in ongoing projects for technology solutions and support requests from partner Finance departments **Key Relationships:** - GBS senior leadership team - S2P GPO team - GBS Porto Delivery Excellence - Finance teams in the markets **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related areas At adidas, the winning culture goes beyond physical power.
