Key Responsibilities

• Provide sensitive support to students while fostering social and emotional growth.
• Assist students with academic tasks, promoting independence and self-confidence.
• Assess students’ skills, learning needs, and developmental requirements.
• Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Observe and monitor behavioral patterns, arranging appropriate interventions as required.
• Develop and apply effective behavior management strategies.
• Encourage students to communicate and build positive peer relationships.
• Review and document students’ developmental and academic progress.
• Monitor peer interactions to support healthy social engagement.
