Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify students with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, or special needs through screening and observation.
Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student requirements.
Conduct one-on-one and small group remedial sessions to build academic, behavioural, and social skills.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school counsellors to monitor student progress.
Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and documentation as per CBSE guidelines.
Provide training and guidance to teachers on inclusive education practices.
Assist in forming and functioning of the School’s Inclusive Education Committee.
Organise awareness programs on learning disabilities and inclusive practices.
Support the examination process by facilitating accommodations for students with special needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
