The ideal candidate will be a proactive, empathetic individual who can foster a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR role in Manufacturing Industry , with at least 3 years in a supervisory or generalist capacity, preferably within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME).
