Job Summary

The SPE-Ins Claims role requires a dynamic individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in MS Excel MS Office and Contact Center operations. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and documentation. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel and MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements in the claims handling workflow.
  • Analyze claim data to identify trends and recommend strategies for reducing claim processing time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all claims processing activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry practices and tools.
  • Support the contact center team by sharing insights and best practices for handling complex claims.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for new team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of claims processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance domain.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for data management and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess experience in a contact center environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Show a keen eye for detail and accuracy in processing claims and maintaining records.
  • Display the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
