Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Accounts Receivable Management within the healthcare sector. This hybrid role requires expertise in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. With a focus on night shifts you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial operations ensuring timely collections and enhancing cash flow. Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and implement strategies for reducing outstanding receivables.
Utilize healthcare product knowledge to optimize billing systems and enhance revenue cycle management.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable and revenue cycle management.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all accounts receivable activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Implement best practices in accounts receivable management to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve billing and collections processes.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue cycle management processes to support organizational goals.
