Spare Parts Executive

We are looking for a Spare Parts Executive to manage the inventory, procurement, and distribution of vehicle spare parts at our Ashok Leyland Service Center. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts, excellent coordination skills, and experience in parts management and customer handling.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update spare parts inventory in the system regularly.
• Ensure availability of genuine Ashok Leyland parts as per workshop requirements.
• Coordinate with the service team to identify parts requirements for repair jobs.
• Raise purchase requisitions and follow up with vendors or the company parts depot.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming spare parts systematically.
• Issue parts to technicians and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Maintain records of fast-moving and slow-moving items and manage stock levels accordingly.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide correct information regarding part availability and pricing.
• Ensure parts are arranged and delivered promptly to avoid service delays.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts storage area.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures during parts handling and storage.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts management (preferably in Ashok Leyland or other commercial vehicle brands).
• Good knowledge of spare parts catalogues and ERP/SAP/inventory software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and according to interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
