Role Overview: -
To manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of parts for sales and service operations with accurate documentation.
Key Duties: -
Maintain inventory system and update inward/outward entries.
Provide parts to technicians as per daily workshop requirements.
Guide customers with correct part selection at the counter.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and stock reports.
Maintain shelf arrangement, labelling, and storage discipline.
Ensure zero stock mismatch during audits.
Skills Required:-
Good computer skills (Excel, ERP), product knowledge, communication, accuracy in records.
