Spanish Trainer - Part Time

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training:

  Conduct engaging and interactive online or offline Spanish classes for different proficiency levels.

• Curriculum development:

  Create and customize lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to meet learning objectives.

• Student assessment:

  Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback, monitor attendance, and administer evaluations.

• Skill enhancement:

  Help students improve their verbal, written, and comprehension skills in Spanish.

• Cultural integration:

  Incorporate cultural elements to enrich the learning experience.

• Administrative tasks:

  Prepare final evaluations and reports for students at the end of a course.

Qualifications and skills

• Language proficiency:

  Strong command of Spanish, Plus Point - C1 level certification (like DELE).

• Teaching experience:

  Prior experience in teaching, preferably in Spanish, is preferred.

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is often required.

• Teaching skills:

  Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and support.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to adapt to different student levels and needs.

• Technical skills:

  For online roles, strong online teaching and communication skills are necessary.
