Spanish Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a skilled professional with 12 years of experience in sales and customer support, fluent in Spanish, you are sought after to join the sales team in a full-time position with shift timing from 5.30 pm to 2.30 am. Your main responsibility as a Spanish Language Expert will be to provide vital support for inbound and outbound sales as well as customer support. Your tasks will include handling calls, administrative duties, data entry, document processing, and facilitating smooth communication among various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data entry and manage databases in both English and Spanish. - Process documents and maintain accurate records. - Manage incoming and outgoing communications in Spanish, such as emails and phone calls. - Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents in Spanish. - Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency. - Deliver excellent customer service and support as needed.
