Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Gangtok. The role involves delivering professional spa treatments while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests in line with hospitality and wellness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and therapies
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Follow treatment SOPs and safety guidelines
• Ensure proper use and care of spa equipment, products, and linen
• Promote spa services, wellness packages, and retail products
• Handle guest feedback politely and professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Spa Therapist / Beautician / Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a hotel spa, resort, or wellness center preferred
• Freshers with valid certification may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
