Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional and passionate Spa Therapist to provide exceptional treatments to our guests, ensuring an outstanding spa experience. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering a variety of body treatments, facial therapies, and massage services with a focus on relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Spa Services:
• Deliver high-quality body and facial treatments, including massages, scrubs, wraps, and facials tailored to guests’ needs.
• Provide various therapeutic treatments like aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, reflexology, etc.
• Guest Experience:
• Greet guests with warmth and friendliness, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Perform consultations to understand guest preferences, allergies, and contraindications before treatment.
• Recommend treatments and products based on individual guest needs.
• Maintain Spa Equipment and Products:
• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of spa equipment, tools, and products.
• Replenish products and supplies as needed.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Standards:
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure all treatments are performed with proper techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other spa staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent guest service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and spa services.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment preferences and health history.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and appointment schedules in accordance with spa policy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or relevant Spa Therapy training.
• Additional certifications in specific spa treatments (e.g., Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy) are a plus.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness center preferred.
• Strong understanding of different massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests.
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
• Physical Stamina:
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks, such as massages and body treatments.

Working Conditions:

• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per spa operation hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple guests or treatments simultaneously.
