Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly professional and certified Male Spa Therapist to deliver a wide range of spa and body treatments to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a deep understanding of wellness principles, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service. Your role will be crucial in creating a memorable and restorative experience for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Delivery:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments proficiently, including but not limited to:
• Ayurvedic Therapies
• Facials and Skincare Treatments (training provided if needed)
• Foot Reflexology
• Customize treatments according to guest preferences and specific health concerns discussed during the consultation.
• Ensure the highest standards of treatment quality, technique, and guest comfort at all times.

Guest Service & Consultation:

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
• Professionally recommend suitable treatments and retail products.
• Maintain strict guest confidentiality and sensitivity to their needs.

Spa Operations & Hygiene:

• Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean, sanitized, and restocked before and after each guest.
• Properly handle, maintain, and store all spa equipment, linens, and products.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per hotel and health department policies.
• Manage appointment schedules effectively and ensure timely service.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the spa reception and management team to ensure seamless guest flow.
• Participate in training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and team meetings.
• Contribute to achieving spa revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
