Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and supporting SPA GL consolidation activities across multiple entities and geographies. Additionally, you will drive and contribute to S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on GL and financial consolidation modules. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external consultants to align system capabilities with business requirements. Furthermore, you will design and optimize GL processes and controls within the S/4HANA environment, providing expert guidance on chart of accounts, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes. You will also be involved in conducting gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and deployment phases. Monitoring and resolving issues related to data integrity, system configuration, and reporting accuracy will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification is mandatory. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GL consolidation and financial reporting. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in Finance (FI) and GL modules. - Strong understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards. - Proven track record in SAP implementation or migration projects. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
