Spa Executive

As a Spa Assistant at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, your role involves advising employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information. You will be responsible for answering questions about available services, general property information, and amenities. It is essential to confirm the guest's first and last name and the type of treatment scheduled before beginning treatment. Your duties will also include monitoring and adhering to the time schedule throughout the day, advising providers of last-minute changes or additions to the schedule, and resolving scheduling situations as needed.
