About the Role:

Campaign Specialist

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaign workflows, ensuring data accuracy, supporting marketing automation initiatives, and driving actionable insights through detailed analysis and reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management & Execution:

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns through

  Salesforce.com Cloud

  (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and data analytics) to ensure seamless campaign setup and delivery.
• Support campaign planning, audience segmentation, targeting, and tracking to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  

• Data Management & Quality Control:

• Manage large datasets for campaign targeting, ensuring high data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to maintain a reliable marketing database.
• Work closely with data and CRM teams to ensure proper synchronization between Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Generate and maintain detailed campaign performance dashboards and reports using

  Salesforce.com

  and

  Excel

• Track KPIs such as campaign reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous campaign optimization and ROI improvement.
  

• Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Partner with stakeholders to align campaign goals with business objectives.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives around campaign management, data hygiene, and workflow automation.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, data protection regulations, and best practices in marketing operations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory:

  Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud)

  in a campaign or CRM operations environment.
• Proven expertise in

  campaign management, data management, and reporting

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

  for analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of

  marketing automation tools

  and CRM workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred background in

  IT Services, Consulting, or Global Delivery organizations
