As a Salesforce Administrator at CloudFulcrum, you will utilize your strong functional experience in Salesforce along with a solid understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance controls. Your primary focus in this role will be to ensure that Salesforce configurations, processes, and change management practices are in alignment with compliance requirements. With over 10 years of experience in IT / Technology / Hi Tech consulting, you will effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator with a keen emphasis on SOX and SOD compliance will be crucial in this position. Possession of Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce security controls, data governance, and audit trails. - Identifying and resolving Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts within user roles. - Comprehending SOX process flows, narratives, risk and control matrices, and relevant business processes and IT platforms for financial reporting. - Participating in walkthroughs and meetings with process and control owners to ensure proper creation of SOX testing plans. - Collaborating with control owners to address potential issues before formal audits. - Engaging with Internal and External Audit teams to ensure IT controls meet expectations and manage risks effectively. - Having basic knowledge of Order Management processes (Order to Cash) and Salesforce platform configurational aspects like workflow, flow, and basic configuration. - Proficiency in documenting and creating functional flow diagrams. - Translating requirements into technical specifications for the development team. - Being a self-motivated, well-organized individual who can drive initiatives independently.
