Job Description

As a SOX Auditor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Internal Audit department by providing an independent evaluation of the effectiveness of the company's internal control over financial reporting. Reporting to the Internal Audit Director(s), you will be an essential part of an integrated audit and SOX team. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the implementation of the global Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs for the company's listed subsidiaries, including Newmark Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRK) and BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP). Newmark Group Inc. is a commercial real estate advisory and service firm, while BGC Partners is a prominent global brokerage and financial technology company that serves the global financial, energy, and commodities markets.,
