Innovate and add seasonal or festive dishes to the menu. Requirements: Proven experience as a South Indian chef in restaurants, catering, or cloud kitchens. Strong knowledge of authentic South Indian recipes and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
