Job Description

  • Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, Ghee Podi sambar, rasam, chutneys, biryani, pongal, and thali items.
  • Ensure the right texture, flavor, and aroma in all dishes according to traditional methods.
  • Manage breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations efficiently.
  • Maintain recipe consistency and portion control.
  • Ensure timely service and presentation of dishes.
  • Customize spice levels or dishes based on guest preferences when required.
  • Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting new South Indian dishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
