Job Title: South Indian Cook / Master Location: Shri Vrindavan Cafe, Nallagandla, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook (Master) skilled in preparing authentic South Indian tiffins, meals, and snacks. The candidate should have good knowledge of traditional recipes, quality standards, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of South Indian tiffins such as idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, etc. Cook South Indian meals (sambar, rasam, curries, rice varieties, etc.) with authentic taste. Prepare snacks and evening items like bonda, pakoda, bajji, etc. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure timely preparation and serving of food. Manage kitchen helpers and coordinate for smooth operations. Monitor quality of ingredients and minimize wastage. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in South Indian cooking (tiffins and meals). Knowledge of traditional recipes and regional flavors.
