Looking for South Indian Commi-II (Kerala Style Naadan Items) on a leading restaurant at Kannur. He should have experience on this Kerala Style Naadan items cooking. Restaurant opening time 07:00 AM to 12:00 AM in midnight. Seating capacity - 105 nos with South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Arabic Cuisines. Working hours -11hrs
Key responsibility are mentioned below;
1. Plan/organise/arrange daily South Indian kitchen portions of bulk items, day to day kitchen and party order activities.
2. Area clearance and report to be given to Kitchen Manager/Ex Chef after duty finish.
3. New dishes to be introduced as and when required. Food cost to be maintained and Wastage to be control decided by Kitchen Manager/Ex Chef/Operation Manager.
4. Daily kitchen closing stock/wastage to be monitored in his section.
5. Food quality, taste and appearance to be in standards and ensure all items are maintaining the requirements.
Preferred Kerala candidates -(Kannur/Kozhikode/Wayanad/Thrissur district region candidates).
Candidates should be work with us minimum of 1 year contract.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
