Sourcing & Vendor Management B2B / Manufacturing Internship in Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented sourcing intern to support in the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of vendors and manufacturers for our maternity and kids wear product lines. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the backend operations of the fashion supply chain within a rapidly growing startup setting. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and researching B2B suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors for apparel production and trims. - Gathering quotations, engaging in price negotiations, and assessing vendor capabilities. - Assisting the team with vendor onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance. - Managing the vendor database and compiling sourcing reports. - Coordinating sampling and production schedules with chosen vendors. - Assisting in quality checks and monitoring production progress. Ideal candidates: - Students or recent graduates from fashion, textile, or supply chain management disciplines. - Previous coursework or experience in sourcing, textiles, or vendor management is advantageous. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools. - A proactive approach and the capacity to work autonomously under supervision. Internship Details: - Duration: 4 months - Stipend: INR 15,000 per month - Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Full-time opportunity: Outstanding interns displaying exceptional performance and initiative may be considered for a permanent position following the internship.
