Key Responsibilities: (SOURCING)

1. a. Identify and onboard channel partners to drive business growth.

b. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, promoting the firms projects and offerings.

c. Address channel partners queries and provide timely support to ensure a seamless experience.

2. a. Actively source clients from market areas, industrial parks, and business hubs through innovative and consistent field activities.

b. Call and arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

3. a. Innovate and execute various lead-generation activities to enhance market reach.

b. Develop effective networking methods to connect with potential channel partners and clients.

4. a. Create and implement marketing strategies to increase consumer preference and drive sales volumes.

b. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports on site walk-ins, channel partner performance, and client databases.

5. a. Conduct regular visits to channel partners to update them on ongoing and upcoming projects.

b. Maintain detailed records of daily field visits and update the system accordingly.

6. a. Achieve personal sourcing and sales targets monthly.

b. Assist the closing team during weekends to convert leads into successful closures.
