Sourcing Buyer

As a Sourcing Buyer at Krinati Solutions, you will play a crucial role in unlocking savings and efficiency for organizations by utilizing our advanced eSourcing platform and category strategy expertise. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and delivering measurable savings. You will collaborate with customers to execute strategic sourcing projects and drive cost optimization through technology, analytics, and strong supplier engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer sourcing requirements and develop actionable supplier outreach and negotiation plans. - Identify, qualify, and onboard appropriate suppliers across various categories. - Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and savings. - Organize and manage RFI, RFP, and Auction events using the Krinati eSourcing solution. - Assist customers in preparing sourcing data and supplier templates in the required format. - Analyze supplier bids and create award scenarios to facilitate customer decisions. - Work closely with Krinati consultants to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Skills Required: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective interaction with customers and suppliers. - Excellent negotiation skills coupled with empathy and perseverance. - Proficiency in the sourcing process, including RFI, RFP, eAuction, and Contracting stages. - Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with expertise in Microsoft Excel. - High level of integrity, judgment, and professional ethics. - Ability to handle multiple sourcing projects concurrently. Required Qualifications: - Graduate with a background in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain (preferred). - Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a buyer or purchaser in direct, indirect, or services categories.
