As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, your role involves performing ultrasound imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images. You will be responsible for providing patient care and ensuring patient safety during procedures. Additionally, you will assist radiologists or physicians in interpreting ultrasound images and maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results. Key Responsibilities: - Perform ultrasound imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images - Provide patient care and ensure patient safety during procedures - Assist radiologists or physicians in interpreting ultrasound images - Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment - Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results Qualifications Required: - Education: MBBS + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field - Certification: Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (e.g., RDMS, RVT) - Experience: [Specify experience level, e.g., 1-3 years] - Technical Skills: Proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment In addition to the technical requirements, essential skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate and professional patient care. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.
