Sonographer

As a Sonographer, your primary responsibility will be to perform ultrasound imaging procedures with precision and expertise to generate high-quality diagnostic images. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring their safety throughout the imaging procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with radiologists or physicians to assist in interpreting ultrasound images accurately. Maintaining and troubleshooting ultrasound equipment will also be part of your regular tasks to ensure seamless operations. It is imperative to keep detailed and accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results for reference and future assessments. To excel in this role, you must hold an MBBS degree along with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field. Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (e.g., RDMS, RVT) is mandatory. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in the field and demonstrate proficiency in ultrasound imaging techniques and equipment handling. Your communication and interpersonal skills should be strong, allowing you to interact effectively with patients and colleagues. Attention to detail is crucial as you need to produce precise and high-quality images. Moreover, your ability to deliver compassionate and professional patient care will be essential in ensuring a positive patient experience. Specializing in areas such as Abdominal Sonography, Obstetric and Gynecologic Sonography, or Vascular Sonography will be advantageous for this role. The job offers both full-time and part-time positions with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
