Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Madkai IDC, Ponda , Goa . The Quality Engineer will be solely responsible for establishing and executing quality control and assurance processes to ensure that all products and projects meet defined quality standards. The role includes hands-on physical inspection of fabricated parts, welded assemblies, and process equipment, and requires strong technical knowledge, especially in welding and fabrication . The Quality Engineer will manage incoming, in-process, and final pre-dispatch inspections independently, while developing inspection workflows and quality records to support internal efficiency and customer compliance. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of mechanical components using 2D/3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Fusion 360). - Prepare and manage detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for mechanical projects. - Generate and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects. - Ensure proper documentation and drawing management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company processes. - Work closely with suppliers and vendors to define and ensure adherence to quality and technical requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical design and processes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Welding Coordinator (DWC) cum QA/QC Engineer based in Ponda. The candidate will play a key role in quality assurance and quality control , ensuring compliance of welding and fabrication processes with ISO 3834-2 requirements. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining QA/QC systems, inspection and documentation control, non-conformance management, and supporting welding coordination. The role also involves assisting in the implementation of ISO standards and ensuring readiness for customer and third-party audits. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections – Incoming, In-process, Final (PDI), and First Article. Support ISO 3834-2 implementation along with welding coordination tasks. Assist in WPS/PQR/WPQ, welder qualification, and consumable control. Monitor fabrication & welding quality, including dimensional checks & NDT. Maintain inspection records, FAI reports, NCR logs, weld maps & quality documentation. Coordinate with production to establish quality gates and workflows.
