About the role We're looking for a designer who can move fast between performance ads, brand storytelling, and who treats Al tools as creative co-pilots, not shortcuts. What you'll do Performance creatives: High-impact static/motion ads for Meta/Google; thumbnails, reels covers, UGC polish, and A/B test variants. E-commerce & web: Hero banners, PDP/PLP modules, landing pages, email headers. Marketplaces: Listing images (Amazon/FirstCry/etc.), A+ content. Illustration & pattern: Icons, mascots, print, graphics. Motion (short-form): 5-15s edits, GIFs, cinemagraphs; light sound design for reels. Al-assisted workflow: Motion graphics & short reels: Create 5-15s Reels/Assest for campaign-simple transitions, stickers, end-cards, and loop-friendly cuts. Lightweight animations: Produce GIFs/short 2D loops (character/icon/print reveals) simple 3D/2D moves that elevate ads and PDP/PLP modules. Product Lifecycle Management · Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from selection and launch to markdowns and phase-outs. · Partner with the design and product development teams to plan forward collections based on insights. Buyer & Marketplace Management · Build strong marketplace relationships to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective product sourcing. · Negotiate commissions, retainers, timelines, and exclusivity where applicable.
