You will be working as a Site Merchandiser at Somersault, a fast-growing kidswear brand that aims to create joyful, high-quality clothing for kids. Your role will involve managing and optimizing the online presentation of kidswear collections to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enhance navigation, product discovery, and filtering to facilitate quick access for busy parents. - Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve page layouts, banners, and call-to-actions. - Collaborate with UX/design teams to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience on all devices. - Partner with various teams to align product launches and promotional messaging. - Analyze product performance and customer behavior data to make informed merchandising decisions. - Track e-commerce KPIs and present insights for ongoing site improvement. - Ensure all content and product stories reflect the Somersault brand voice. - Manage the upload of new collections, maintain product categories, and optimize product details and images. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or online merchandising, preferably in fashion or kidswear. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems. - Blend of analytical and creative skills to interpret data and craft engaging online experiences. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Passion for children's fashion and an understanding of modern parent preferences. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines. This role will require you to have experience in e-commerce or online merchandising, a strong understanding of various platforms and tools, a balance of analytical and creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for children's fashion. Additional experience with A/B testing tools, SEO, and visual merchandising principles would be beneficial.,
