You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online presentation of kidswear collections at Somersault. Your role will involve showcasing products effectively to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. Here's what you can expect in this position: - Enhance website navigation, product discovery, and filtering to aid parents in finding items quickly. - Conduct A/B testing to improve page layouts, banners, and call-to-actions continuously. - Collaborate with UX/design teams for a visually appealing shopping experience across all devices. - Partner with various teams to align product launches and promotional messaging. - Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and sales events with tailored merchandising strategies. - Analyze product and category performance to identify trends and guide merchandising decisions. - Utilize customer behavior data to improve key site metrics like conversion rate and average order value. - Monitor e-commerce KPIs and provide insights for ongoing improvements. - Ensure all content reflects the Somersault brand voice and develop engaging product stories. - Manage product categories and maintain accurate updates of new kidswear collections on the website. - Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images in alignment with the brand's tone. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or online merchandising, preferably in fashion or kidswear. - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems. - Strong analytical skills combined with creativity. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Passion for children's fashion and understanding of modern parent preferences. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
