Solvent Distillation Plant Production Incharge

A Solvents Plant In charge preferably a Diploma or BE engineer oversees daily solvent extraction/recovery operations, focusing on production efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, cost management, managing staff, maintenance, raw material (solvent) usage, and ensuring output meets targets while adhering to strict environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Production & Operations:
• Manage day-to-day activities, including process optimization and resource allocation.
• Ensure plant output, yield, and quality meet standards.
• Oversee solvent recovery, usage, and waste management.
• Quality & Safety:
• Implement and enforce strict safety, health, and environmental protocols.
• Maintain quality control for raw materials (solvents) and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintenance & Assets:
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant equipment.
• Optimize asset utilization and manage plant expansion/equipment planning.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Often a BSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: Proven background in production, operations, and team management in a chemical or processing plant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
