In this role, some of your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliberate, define, and prioritize requirements, and identifying acceptance criteria. You will be responsible for detailed documentation of functional requirements, such as functional specifications and release notes. Working closely with Engineering, you will attend status meetings, participate in design reviews, and track project progress by communicating with various teams. You will drive the detailed functional design and development of applications on a daily basis to ensure alignment with specifications and address any issues that arise. Additionally, you will participate in documentation, training, and preparation of release notes. Providing regular management updates on project status through the creation and maintenance of pre-release features lists and new features guides will also be part of your responsibilities. Serving as an information resource for internal and external clients regarding the business application of company products and related procedures, as well as training internal resources as needed, are also essential aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in supply chain software implementations or supply chain management (business or IT). You should be able to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements to design the next generation of supply chain applications. Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills are important, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in Order Management systems, Point of Sale/Store Management systems, or E-Commerce is highly beneficial, as is experience in Inventory Management and Order Orchestration (B2B and B2C).
