Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Good experience as a Solution Architect, someone should be able to design, troubleshooting and bug fixing when required.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and frameworks to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and system designs.

Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing

• Act as the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex Salesforce issues.
• Perform deep root cause analysis for bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement permanent fixes and recommend preventive measures to improve platform stability.

Technical Leadership & Development

• Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL) when required.
• Mentor and support teams in troubleshooting and debugging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business goals.
• Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development, solution design experience and atleast 2-3 years of solution architect experience working currently.
• Strong background in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, Integration).
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing in Salesforce environments.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and deliver under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
