As a Solution Architect at Globant's Commerce Studio, you will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle, working closely with teams such as Commerce Studio Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery, and external customer teams. Your role will involve partnering with the Senior Management to define and structure the Solution Architecture practice of the business. Responsibilities: - Designing cutting-edge eCommerce solutions during pre-sales and post-sales phases, aligning with industry best practices in technology, features, performance, and scalability. - Leading the technical design of client solutions, including project discovery, scope definition, development estimates, and requirements documentation. - Mentoring partners, customers, and developers through the implementation lifecycle. - Providing technical resolutions to complex issues and contributing to process and methodology enhancements within the Services Delivery team. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering and R&D to provide feedback for product library evolution. - Presenting proposals to executive-level customers effectively and partnering with Senior Management to enhance processes and methodologies in Solution Architecture practice. - Working with global cross-functional teams to streamline implementation processes and provide feedback for improvements. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architecture or Technical/Implementation Consultant role within consulting or professional services. - Proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end IT solutions in e-Commerce, especially with CommerceTools/SF B2B commerce. - Strong background in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions. - Familiarity with React, Microservices, API First, Cloud Native Headless Architecture for designing, developing, and deploying applications. - Experience advising customers on best practices in a consultancy or technology organization. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to convert opportunities into closed deals. - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with the capability to produce clear analysis and conclusions based on customer workshops and data. - Quick learner of new concepts and technologies with the ability to translate them into customer solutions.
