Job Description

As an Advertising Solutions Consultant within gTech Ads Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will have the opportunity to work with business leaders in Google's advertising ecosystem to address business challenges using technology. Your role will involve developing and delivering technical consulting projects for Google's largest advertisers, utilizing Google's advertising platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions and workarounds for clients and internal partners. gTech Ads is the team responsible for providing support, media, and technical services for customers of all sizes across Google's Ad products stack. The team assists customers in optimizing their use of Ad and Publisher products, offering support ranging from self-help resources to personalized interactions. Services provided include setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, offering media solutions for business and marketing needs, and providing technical and measurement solutions. The team collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance products and customer experiences. gTech Ads aims to ensure customers achieve the best return on investment with Google and maintain a strong partnership. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant for digital advertising products. Preferred qualifications include experience in stakeholder management, advertisement serving industry, and online advertising roles. Proficiency in Java or Python coding, constructing SQL queries, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent problem-solving, management, and communication skills are essential. The ability to learn technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience is also crucial. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to align with business objectives, understanding requirements, and providing technical guidance on applying ad products and technologies. You will contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for enhancing current offerings to drive business growth. Building strong relationships with internal and external customers, identifying key challenges, implementing technical solutions, and offering advisory support will be key aspects of your role within the team.
