Job Description

As a Transitions & Solutions Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business solutions that effectively meet the organization's needs and align with its goals. Your role will involve working closely with various departments, clients, and stakeholders to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, including development, implementation, and ongoing support. It is essential to have a deep understanding of business processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance. Your key accountabilities will include overseeing the end-to-end solution delivery process, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. You will collaborate with the head of transition to manage Transitions and Transformation programs for the organization's entities. Additionally, you will lead RFx activities, due diligence, define scope of process transitions, implement target operating models, and manage program-level risks following industry best practices. In terms of solution development, you will be required to understand client needs and industry trends to develop tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to design, prototype, and test solutions will be essential to ensure scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration with existing systems. Your role will also involve assisting the sales team in identifying opportunities, defining solution strategies, and participating in negotiations and contract discussions. Client engagement is a crucial aspect of your role, where you will coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, will be key to driving innovation and continuous improvement. Other skills required for this role include strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, a strategic mindset with a customer-centric focus, and adaptability to changing environments and requirements. To be eligible for this position, you should have 15-20 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years of transitions/solutions experience. A graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputed institution is also required for this role.,
