Role Overview

We're looking for a

Solution Specialist Intern

who is eager to learn and contribute to the solution design and implementation process. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, and assist in transforming them into practical and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.Support the creation of business process flow diagrams, requirement documents, and user stories.Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and client use.Participate in brainstorming sessions, product demos, and meetings to document insights.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Tech, and Marketing) for requirement alignment.Provide support during testing, implementation, and post-launch reviews.Maintain and organize project documentation, keeping track of changes and updates.Learn to use tools like CRM, analytics platforms, and project management software..

Preferred Qualifications
