Solution Design BA

As a Solution Design Business Analyst - Vice President, your role involves driving key strategic change initiatives for regulatory deliverables across Risk, Finance, and Treasury. Your expertise in business/data analysis, front to back system designing, and data management will be crucial for presenting complex data issues in a simple and engaging manner. You will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data, identifying patterns, addressing data quality issues, conducting metrics analysis, and translating your analysis into valuable insights. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will play a vital role in capturing business requirements and translating them into technical data requirements to support change management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing large volumes of data, identifying patterns, and addressing data quality issues - Conducting metrics analysis and translating analysis into valuable insights - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs - Capturing business requirements and translating them into technical data requirements - Creating operational and process designs to ensure successful delivery of proposed solutions - Supporting change management activities Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of experience in business/data analysis - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Hypercube, Python - Experience within the financial services industry, particularly in the banking sector within a Risk/Finance/Treasury role - Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture - Knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, and Advanced Excel In this role, you will contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, policy management, continuous improvement initiatives, and policy enforcement.
