Solution Delivery Engineer

As a Solution Delivery Engineer, your role will involve implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Management Information Systems (MIS) in the chemical industry. You will leverage your background in chemical engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of MES/MIS projects, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion. - Design and develop system solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency and information management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. - Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. - Utilize your chemical engineering knowledge to analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. - Recommend solutions to enhance productivity and quality based on process understanding. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance. - Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into manufacturing performance. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within MES/MIS systems for effective decision-making. - Create and deliver training programs for end-users on MES/MIS functionalities. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and report on milestones and deliverables for successful project delivery. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with an aggregate of 70% or above.
