Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Solution Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies and tools.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and best practices across teams.
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural vision.

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Solution Architecture.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Exposure to Lightweight Architecture frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• Experience with Program Project Management.
