Solution Architect

• Design and implement robust architectural patterns and solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the architecture and design of applications and systems using .Net Core, C#, and microservices architecture.
• Develop and implement serverless architectures and Software as a Service (SAAS) solutions with a focus on multitenancy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical direction and guide project execution.
• Advocate for and implement cloud-native practices and containerization using technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Design and integrate services using Service Bus and Logic Apps to ensure seamless communication and orchestration across systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological trends, including Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI, to leverage innovative solutions for our clients.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and deployment across the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 16 years of experience in software development and architectural design.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions using .Net Core, C#, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns and solution architecting methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-native application development and deployment practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and multi-tenancy design concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
• Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or related technologies.
