Solution Architect

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of solution designs and implementations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new solutions and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to solution implementation.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
