Solution Architect Engineer

The Solution Architect Engineer will play a critical role in enabling Genuin s core technology to integrate seamlessly into partner ecosystems (e.g., Grubhub, iHeart, Mastercard). You will lead architecture design, produce enterprise-grade technical documentation, guide engineers on implementation, and collaborate with product leadership to ensure every solution is secure, scalable, and aligned with Genuin s platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Genuin Platform Architecture

1. Design customer centric end-to-end architectures for Genuin s SDK components, backend services, video delivery pipeline, and brand management modules.
2. Define and evolve standard architecture frameworks for new capabilities such as identity mapping, real-time content retrieval, and multi-tenant configurations.
3. Develop technical strategies for scaling video streaming, content caching, and high-throughput API operations.

2. Partner Integration Leadership

1. Own technical integration solutions for enterprise partners, including SDK enablement, API orchestration, identity resolution, and custom workflow design.
2. Work closely with partner engineering teams to align on data flow contracts, authentication models, and platform capabilities.
3. Develop integration blueprints for use cases.
4. Serve as the primary technical authority in partner calls, POCs, and pre-sales discussions

3. Technical Governance & Solution Delivery

1. Guide internal engineering teams on solution design, implementation feasibility, and sequence flows.
2. Ensure solutions meet Genuin s standards for security, performance, compliance, and scalability.
3. Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and integration audits.
4. Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, and Client Success.

4. Documentation & Communication

1. Produce high-quality technical artifacts:
2. Architecture diagrams
3. Data flow models
4. Sequence diagrams
5. Partner integration guides
6. SDK technical specifications
7. Deployment frameworks
8. Document feature-level and partner-level solution approaches with clarity and precision.
9. Communicate complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders in a structured, business-friendly manner.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

1. Evaluate third-party identity solutions, DMPs, and content delivery technologies that can enhance Genuin s product suite.
2. Experiment with architectural improvements to reduce latency, improve video delivery reliability, and streamline multi-brand content management.
3. Contribute to technical standards, reusable integration kits, and solution templates that accelerate partner onboarding.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Senior Engineer designing distributed systems.
3. Strong proficiency in RESTful API architecture, microservices, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), and CI/CD.
4. Hands-on experience with identity management (OAuth, SSO, JWT), API gateways, SDK integration patterns, and web/mobile integration frameworks.
5. Deep understanding of event-driven systems, content delivery workflows, and scalable backend architectures.
6. Solid experience working with data flows, message queues, caching strategies, and video/media systems (plus).

Preferred Experience

1. Experience integrating systems within large consumer platforms or marketplaces.
2. Knowledge of video encoding, streaming protocols, and content delivery networks.
3. Exposure to Ad-Tech pipelines, personalization engines, or recommender systems.
4. Experience with system observability tools, performance monitoring, and reliability engineering.
